It’s simple! Just enter the two names you would like engraved in the customization boxes provided on this page before clicking "Add to Cart." Our artisans will then precision-engrave your names exactly as entered. Please double-check your spelling to ensure your wearable love letter is perfect.
Will this necklace tarnish or turn my skin green?
Not at all. At Alvura, we use premium 316L Stainless Steel, often referred to as surgical-grade steel. It is 100% hypoallergenic and water-resistant. Unlike cheap "alloy" jewelry, our pieces are designed for 24/7 wear and will not fade, rust, or leave marks on your skin.
How long does shipping and personalization take?
Each necklace is custom-made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to hand-engrave and polish your piece. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our studio.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because each piece is uniquely precision-engraved specifically for you, personalized items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy ensures the exclusivity of our custom craftsmanship
However, we stand behind our quality. If your necklace arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error made by our team, please contact support@alvura.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will prioritize a replacement or a resolution at Alvura's discretion to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your piece.
